STABILIZE: Make the existing system reliable.
AUTOMATE: Remove repeated work.
BUILD: Fill a gap worth filling.
STOP: Drop work that adds no value.

I insist on

Facts stay visible.
New software is not the default.
Stopping is a valid result.
